Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that  CSHB
199(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and                
placed on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz objected.                                             
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that CSHB 199(FIN) will be in third reading on the          
May 18, 1999, calendar.                                                        
                                                                               
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would stand at           
ease for a Minority Caucus; and so, the House stood at ease at
